mx-15 camera installation

Platform Aerospace added hard points to the airframe for installation of various components, beginning with an MX-15 EO/IR camera.  Additionally, we designed an equipment rack to mount a gravimeter to withstand MIL-8865 requirements (up to 20G) while still being able to free-float to collect data.
